Sanrenmu LAND 910+ and 9104 Carbon Fiber

So I've decided to put the single front scale that I made for my SRM 910+ onto a SRM 9104
and made a pair of scales and a pocket clip for that SRM 910+ from carbon fiber

The shiny scales were made from a wheelchair's wheel protector, the bent clip was made from the same orthopedic stiffening material as the 9104's front scale

I'm still looking for a way to give them a more matte finish without getting sanding stripes
Bead blasting would be interesting as acetone won't do anything to them as opposed to the 9104's scales

FURA Kwaiken

I just got back a FURA Kwaiken that I've ordered for a job student.

No need to tell the story, the main point is that the flat blade grind left way too much material giving a heavy and bulky blade.

Stock (from fasttech)

regrind

In the jig

Finished knife with stonewashed blade, handle also stonewashed, the scratches re-anodized to bronze to give it the appearance of brass with green patina

After opening a door with a missing door handle I ruined the tip and decided to regrind it

Sinkevich inspired unlabeled ZT clone

Stock

It's easier for me to anodise it than to catch the effect of these polished scales with a camera

Maybe after a while it will get a green anodizing, we'll see ;)

Sanrenmu SRM LAND 9104 carbon fiber

So I decided to do a make-over on my front scale that I've made for my SRM 910+ some posts before.

I think the black scale fits better with the blackwashed framelock Sanbenza.

It's a tad heavier than the 910+ version but still instead of the vanilla 135g it's now 107g (910+ CF 96g)

just trying something new

Flame colored Boker Manaro Bullseye Grip

Seems like I forgot this one in the anodizing post. If you want to be strict it's not anodized but annealed or heat colorized with a blowtorch, so that's about that.
This one was made for a forum member in the US, sadly it was lost on the way. Lately a knife book that I've ordered to a friend's address in Florida was lost, too, tracking said delivered, but seems to someone else :(

This is how the surface is looking after blowtorching the titanium scale

And if anybody wants to see how such a folder is looking disassembled, here you go
